Executive / Junior Executive - Finance

The Executive/ Junior Executive - Finance is a key role in ensuring financial stability and efficiency across our operations. This position is responsible for managing cash flow, overseeing daily financial operations, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations in multiple regions. By leveraging financial forecasting and risk management strategies, this role supports business growth and sustainability. As the Executive - Finance, you will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to optimize financial processes, enhance accuracy, and drive continuous improvement within the finance function.

Cash Flow Management:

Monitor, manage, and optimize cash flow to maintain a healthy financial position across multiple entities.
Ensure timely and accurate fund allocation across all business operations and regions.
Oversee treasury functions and implement strategies to improve liquidity.

Financial Forecasting and Predictions:

Prepare detailed financial forecasts and predictive models to support decision-making.
Analyze market trends and business conditions to anticipate potential financial challenges.
Provide actionable insights for business growth and sustainability.

Day-to-Day Financial Operations:

Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing across regions.
Manage intercompany financial transactions and reconciliations.
Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and compliance with local regulations in Sri Lanka, Indonesia, the UK, and Singapore.
Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and other financial stakeholders.

Compliance and Risk Management:

Ensure adherence to taxation, regulatory requirements, and financial policies in all operating countries.
Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks affecting the business.
Keep updated with changes in financial laws and standards in the regions of operation.

Team Leadership:

Supervise and guide a team of finance professionals to ensure optimal performance.
Develop and implement training programs to enhance team capability.
Foster a culture of accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Full or part qualification in CA,ACCA, CIMA, or CPA.
Proven experience in managing cash flows, financial planning, and operational finance.
Understanding of taxation, financial regulations, and compliance.
Proficiency in financial tools, ERP systems, and advanced Excel will be an added advantage.
Excellent analytical, communication, and team building skills.
Willingness to explore and learn.
Ability to work extended hours meeting reporting deadlines.
