Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary HR contact, delivering clear guidance on policies, processes, and resources to effectively address employee needs.
Ensure seamless coordination of training logistics, participation, feedback, and reporting to drive impactful learning and full compliance.
Lead the execution of engagement initiatives and action plans to strengthen employee satisfaction and organizational alignment.
Oversee comprehensive onboarding processes, including documentation, orientation, system setup, and seamless integration for new hires.
Manage exit procedures with precision, conducting interviews and ensuring timely and accurate completion of clearances and settlements.
Drive goal alignment, performance reviews, and data tracking to consistently meet and exceed organisational objectives.
Spearhead engagement programs, address employee concerns, and organize impactful events to foster a collaborative and positive workplace culture.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or a related professional qualification in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
3-4 years of experience in HR, with a focus on training, development, and employee engagement.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Proficiency in using HRIS and learning management systems (LMS) is preferred.
Knowledge of HR best practices and industry trends.
