We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Junior Executive/ Executive - Finance to join our dynamic finance team. The Executive - Finance will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial integrity of our organization by supporting day-to-day accounting activities and ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards. The successful candidate will collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders to contribute to the smooth functioning of our financial operations.
Job Description
Collaborate closely with the finance team to execute financial strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Assist in overseeing daily accounting operations to ensure accuracy, compliance, and adherence to standards.
Contribute to the preparation of detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management decision making.
Support in managing accounts receivable, and accounts payable under guidance.
Act as a liaison for auditors, regulators, banks, and stakeholders, facilitating communication and coordination.
Assist in managing local and international banking relationships, aiding in optimizing financial operations.
Ensure adherence to internal controls, regulatory compliance, and industry standards with guidance.
Support process improvements, aid in implementing financial strategies, and contribute to special projects for enhanced department efficiency under the direction of senior leadership.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or Finance, or a partial qualification in ACCA / CIMA / CA /CMA.
1-2 years of prior experience in a similar role within a bank or corporate environment is a valuable advantage.
Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills to effectively interact with foreign banks and external stakeholders.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills to ensure accurate financial data management.
