Executive - Human Resources

We are seeking an experienced Senior Executive - Human Resources with a strong background in technical recruitment to join our dynamic HR team. This role offers the opportunity to manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, from Talent Acquisition to Learning & Development and HRIS management. Key Responsibilities:

Lead Talent Acquisition efforts, with a focus on sourcing and onboarding top tech talent effectively.
Manage HRIS data to ensure accuracy and compliance across all platforms.
Assist in the preparation of payroll data and ensure its alignment with internal policies and regulations.
Coordinate and enhance learning and development initiatives to support employee growth and satisfaction.
Oversee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth integration of new employees, particularly within technical teams.
Provide support across all HR functions, including talent management, compensation and benefits, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree or a professional qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources, with a strong focus on Talent Acquisition and HRIS data management.
Previous experience in recruiting for IT positions is required, with a preference for candidates familiar with tech recruitment challenges.
Demonstrated ability to handle HR functions in a global context, preferably in the IT sector.
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels within the organization.
Proficient in HR software and familiar with the latest HR technologies and practices.
