NCINGA drives technological innovation across various sectors, including telecommunications, banking, finance and manufacturing, thereby enhancing productivity and economic growth. Our solutions help local businesses compete globally by adopting advanced technologies such as AI, blockchain and multi-cloud services.
We also support startups and entrepreneurs through initiatives like nVentures, which supports B2B fintech startups in South and Southeast Asia, helping scale proven models and fostering innovation in the region. Licensed by the Monetary Authority of Singapore, nVentures is aiming to be the preferred early-stage venture capital (VC) in South Asia and a gateway for South Asian startups to enter the Southeast Asian ecosystem.
NCINGA is also contributing to job creation and skill development – with our employees representing 13 districts in the country, underscored by a strong gender ratio. The employee base has doubled over the last three years to 170, of which 50 are female presently.
By expanding operations, NCINGA has established a significant presence in Sri Lanka’s tech sector, thus supporting the local economy, while bringing in valuable foreign currency from operations in 17 countries, and with offices located in Singapore, Australia, New Zealand, UK, Indonesia, Dubai, Bangladesh, US and UK.
